Awesome, Open-Source server monitoring that's completely free

I use Zabbix to monitor all of my servers, but there is a distinct lack of available quality templates for a number services i host. So I set about creating some of my own, then decided to share them with the world. There is only 1 for now, but I have plans for many more.
